Luxurious spa area with multiple pools.

We had no hot water for two entire days. The staff's dismissive attitude compounded our frustration. On top of that, our room temperature was uncomfortably cold, even in winter!

Ideal, big size hotel with exceptionally nice staff and sensational breakfasts. Soundproof room and stylish, with soundproof windows and a carpet. Amazing view overlooking mountain. Entertainment area, central location short walk to restaurants. A great selection of food options not too far away from the venue.

We had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the impressive breakfast variety and the stunning views from our room. Although the noise from the restaurant could be distracting, I'd definitely return!

Cozy bed, particularly good bathroom and a balcony, a writing table, and a minibar in the room. Heated pool, parking onsite.

The breakfast variety is extensive and delicious with coffee, sweets and panoramic views, friendly service.

The spa area was beyond my expectations, with two large indoor pools, including one with a fine glass ceiling perfect. I loved the extensive buffet breakfast that had something for everyone. The children's playroom was a big hit with my family, providing our little one with endless fun .

The hotel provides an extensive and delicious breakfast with coffee and sweets and foods from which to choose. The property offers well-designed, panoramic rooms with a very confy bed, a great view, good breakfast.

The location of the Hotel is indeed good. Great view on the mountains. In terms of Services / Facilities it seem to me to have quite a lot, swimming pool, gym a fun park facility.

No English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian in house, I mean in a total of at least 10 staff hotel members that we saw only the receptionist was speaking English (basic/average). I had some issue with the lift that fall when I was inside and the breakfast could be more vary.

The hotel has potential, but it's so poorly run. The pool was hardly filled with saline, instead, it was a child's playground for unruly kids. Good luck getting anyone to offer real help at the spa. I can't believe there wasn't even a complimentary water bottle waiting in the room, talk about a major oversight.

The SPA was the only modern thing. The rest of the hotel seems stuck in the past,

SPA and Gym only open at 10. The entire hotel seems old and obviously it doesnt have very good management...

The room was very nice and comfy and Tirol Restaurant has very good dishes.

The pool / jacuzzi is too small for such a large number of travelers, but is also a very nice place.

The room was a decent size with a great view from the balcony. We loved the pool area and the spa facilities that really helped us unwind. It's also just a short walk to main street, super convenient! A nice touch was the minibar in our room, perfect for late-night snacks.

Lovely views from the room, good pool area. The breakfast was a feast, pleasing everyone. It's a cute place for families! Highly recommend Tirol restaurant for a nice dinner.
